How do you clean moss from a roof?
We assess the roof covering and access before choosing the cleaning approach. Depending on the roof, that may include controlled low-pressure steam cleaning and appropriate treatments.
Do you use high-pressure washing?
We do not recommend one cleaning method for every roof. The approach depends on the tile type, roof condition and safe working access, which we assess before quoting.
Can you clean an older tiled roof?
Possibly, but the roof must be assessed first. If the tiles are fragile or the condition makes cleaning unsuitable, we will explain the limitations.
Will roof cleaning stop moss coming back?
Moss can return over time, particularly in damp or shaded areas. We explain the biocide treatment included with every roof clean and set realistic expectations, rather than promise a permanent result.
Do I need to be home for the work?
